Dear Friend, This letter is to cordially invite you to the National
Night Out Event meeting which will take place on June
29, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Quad City Community Center in Mirando City.
The purpose of this meeting is to organize the preparations for this
event which will take place on August 03, 2004. We need to consider other ideas
which will help to make this a memorable, educational, community awareness event
for the Quad Cities area. The
basic idea behind the National Night Out Event is to promote crime prevention,
safety awareness, fire safety and community involvement between our law
enforcement and Fire/EMS first responders. Please make plans to attend or consider sending a
representative from your agency or entity to this very important meeting.
